Returns

Due to the nature of pet-related products, we can only accept unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days.

We cannot accept returns of:

• Used pet covers

• Items with pet hair, stains, or damage

• Items that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please submit a message on our Contact Page within 7 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
